The LED Vapor Tight High Lumen Fixture (ESW-VTSR-211816L-3CCT) from Exit Sign Warehouse is a durable and energy-efficient lighting solution designed for industrial, commercial, and wet-location environments. This rugged LED fixture features tri-lumen selectable output and 3CCT selectable color temperatures, allowing installers to adjust brightness and lighting tone during installation.

This high-performance fixture delivers 16,000 to 21,000 lumens, making it ideal for large indoor spaces such as warehouses, parking garages, manufacturing facilities, and utility areas. The sensor-ready receptacle supports screw-in PIR or microwave sensors, enabling occupancy-based lighting control for additional energy savings.

Built with a polycarbonate housing and durable polycarbonate lens, the fixture offers strong protection against moisture, dust, and impact. It is also IP-rated for wet locations and designed to operate reliably in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to 43°C.

The ESW vapor-tight luminaire supports 0-10V dimming and universal 120-277V input voltage, making it suitable for both retrofit installations and new construction lighting projects.
