MR16 Operating Parameters
* Lamps require a regulated 12VDC +/-5% or 12VAC +/-5% power supply
* Please determine if the power supply output is 12VDC or 12VAC; lamps are DC or AC specific
* Lamps are not bi-polar
* The 1-watt lamp operating current is 85-100 ma
* The 3-watt lamp operating current is 225-250 ma
* Lamps are not compatible with all electronic transformers due to their low power consumption. Most power supply units require lamps with a load greater than 1 or 3 watts, respectively. This is specifically true of fixtures that have an integral power supply for each lamp head. Insufficient power supply load will result in flickering, no light output, strobing or random shutdown.
* Example: A 12V/1.2A power supply will operate up to 12, 1-watt LED MR16 lamps
* Example: A 12V/1.2A power supply will operate up to 4, 3-watt LED MR16 lamps
